HINDI AKO.

Hindi ako mangmang gaya ng iniisip mo;
Marunong lang ako tumahimik kapag di tama ang nasa utak ko.
Hindi ako tanga para laitin mo;
Marunong lang ako magpakumbaba sa mga taong may sira sa ulo.

Hindi ako manhid para saktan mo;
Marunong lang akong magtimpi at magpasensya sa mga katulad mo.
Hindi ako bulag na hindi nakakakita sayo;
Ayoko lang punahin ang mga maling hindi mo mabago.

Hindi rin ako bingi gaya ng inaakala mo;
Naririndi lang ako sa mga paulit-ulit na pagdadahilan mo.
Hindi ako lalong pipi tulad ng sinasabi mo;
Wala lang akong tinig para magpaliwanag ulit sayo.

Hindi ako perpektong tao;
Nagkakamali rin ako kahit di ko gusto.
Hindi rin ako pikon kumpara sayo;
Ngunit nauubos din ang aking pisi at mahirap maamo.

Hindi ako isang inutil na walang silbi;
Marunong lang akong mamili ng mga taong dapat kong ipagbunyi.
Hindi ako karapat-dapat para iyong ipagmalaki;
Marami akong nagawang tama ngunit marami ring mali.

Hindi ako nagmamahal ng hindi bukal sa puso;
Totoo akong kausap at wala akong niloloko.
At hindi ako naghihintay ng kapalit sa mga nagawa ko;
Gusto ko lang ibigay din sakin ang nararapat para sa mga ito...

Why am I going to PBB Party??

This question seems so difficult to answer, for it has many reasons why everyone should go to the PBB Party.

The first time I've heard this event, it sounded cool and interesting! I can't help but wait for the event to come! PBB Party, for me, is very fun and exciting. Imagine, there are lots of fun activities to engage with.

There are Inter-school Skills Competition that every students in different schools will showcase there talents and skills like, Food Carving Competition and Ice Carving Competition. In this type of competition, I think it will be more on the art and creativity skills. There is also a Flair-tending Competition, wherein the students, will show their tricky exhibitions like, juggling or flipping, while mixing different kinds of liquor. And in the afternoon, there will be Singing Cooks and Waiters to sing for you while you're having your lunch time. Isn't it wonderful? :)
The event will also have the Pulutan Cook-off and the Baby Back Ribs Cook-off. I think it will add more fun to this event 'coz everyone might have the chance to taste different types of 'pulutan', an appetizer taken with any type of liquor. And of course, the Baby Back Ribs Cook-off, wherein the attendees will experience different types of BBQ, cooked and presented by different Resto sponsors! And there will be the search for the BEST Lechon Manok or Liempo. hmmm... sounds yuuummmmmmyy!

And I've heard that the city Mayor of San Carlos will do his participation in this event, by having a cooking demo. Sounds interesting, huh?
There's more... The PBB Party will have a live telecast in GMA TV 10! geeeezz.. Imagine, you'll have the chance to be seen on TV all over Northern Luzon! ^_^

But for me, I'm after for the seminars, which can really teach the attendees on various fields and it can help them shape their line of skills. Some might use the seminar for their job, certification, or a requirement for something. Seminars for me are really good. This would help the people to get more information on the particular seminar topic. Seminars also help them to convey their own thoughts and ideas. They will start thinking about new things which they think could be implemented practically. As of today, seminars, I think, is the most faster and efficient way to learn.

Indeed! Pangasinan's BIGGEST Bbq Party (PBB Party) is jam-packed of fun activities! The participants and attendees will surely enjoy this exciting event! There are a lot of exciting prizes and cool stuff to be given away!
So what are you waiting for?! Let's come and join the first BBQ Party in Pangasinan! After all.... it's free!:)

Where in Pangasinan can you find like this event? ...only PBB Party.

Just Wondering...

.these people really caught my attention.
not once, BUT MANY TIMES.

The last time I was in Manila, on my way home, I was riding in a Jeep and there were Badjao beggars who took a ride. They have their drums and those airmail envelopes. They were giving those envelopes to the passengers with a message saying, "Kami po ay mga Badjao. Humihingi lang po ng tulong pambili ng pagkain." Then they sang a song that is unfamiliar and after that they proceeded to collect the envelopes.

Actually, this was not my first time that I encountered such incident. But, I am just wondering...how these ethnic group came along to the city?? Is there a group or syndicate handling them?? Is poverty the main reason why they are asking for an alms, or are there any other reason behind this? Are they begging just for themselves or for others??  *think.think.think...*

I wonder how they came along to the urban area like Manila, when in fact, it takes long hours of travel from Mindanao to Manila, and it requires money to pay for the fare?? I think there are at least two ways on how they get to the city, it's either there is someone handling them and paying their transportation or they will just ride on a ship and began to hide from the authorities so that they will not be caught. hmmmm....??

We all know that poverty is one of the main reasons why many of the unfortunate Filipinos are begging. BUT, I think there are other reasons too. I wonder if someone or a large group of people is handling and pushing the Badjao tribe to beg in the streets just for their own sake. Here's the logic: If you ask for P1.00 for 1M individuals, you will eventually have P1M. Right?  Of course, it's the easiest way to earn money; send unfortunate/uneducated people, like the Badjaos, to beg in the streets; and command them what do you want them to do. NO SWEAT. Syndicate's way to become rich.

There is a law that prohibits begging in the streets and giving alms to the beggars. Both the beggar and the giver can go to jail if caught. This law is the PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 1563 or the so-called Law of Mendicancy. (Follow this link: http://www.lawphil.net/statutes/presdecs/pd1978/pd_1563_1978.html)
But nowadays, this scenario, is widespread and very chronic. I don't even think that we can stop this, because
this Law was approved during the term of former President Ferdinand Marcos, but until now, it seems like the government doesn't give a s**t on this issue.
Isn't the government violating the law against mendicancy??  *Think about it.

***And before I forgot. Christmas is in the air...so expect that there will be more Badjao people in the streets of Manila, but also in the rural areas. Imagine, some of them have reached the provinces like, Laguna, Pampanga, Pangasinan, and Baguio City... I wonder how they get to those places... hmmm...??

Sooo, to help stop poverty, let the Filipino people and the government join force to eradicate extreme poverty. Let us help the unfortunate Filipinos in every possible way that we can. We can help change the lives of these people if all of us will be able to participate and do their share.

NOTE: This blog is NOT against to the Badjao tribe. I AM JUST WONDERING... :)

Just Friends?!

I love you more every day,
My name I long for you to say.
Do you know just how I feel?
Do you know this love is real?

Sometimes I wonder what you think.
When you hear my name, do your cheeks turn pink?
Do you dream about me every night?
Wish to hug me and hold me tight?

Do you think we're meant to be?
Together forever, you and me?
These are the questions that run through my mind,
Your way into my heart, you did find.

It drives me crazy as to what I should do,
Should I risk a friendship and confess to you?
Or should I keep my feelings inside,
Keep them locked up, let them hide?

I just don't know what to do anymore,
My heart it aches, my heart it's sore.
I love you more than you could know,
And I don't want to ever let you go.

So even if I'm just a friend,
I'll always love you until the end.

just.for.fun. >:D

Once upon a time...

There was a cat and a rooster. They were best of friends.

One sunny morning, they were walking beside the pool. The cat slipped and fell to the pool. The rooster laughed and laughed and laughed...

~THE END~

Moral of the story:

                             When there is a wet pussy, there is a happy cock.
